We attempted to sail Newgale in the morning but the S'ly wind died on its arse as we were rigging up. Forecast suggested it would back SW'ly and return at some point and sure enough around 2pm it kicked back in with a vengeance. In the SW'ly diretion Newgale was too onshore so we sailed Broadhaven again. Similar gusty conditions as yesterday. I chose 4.5, Steve 5.3, Mike 5.8 and arguably none of us were wrong. Smaller swell, not classic but still scored some decent waves. A long day with plenty of TOW and I was cream crackered by the end of it.
